舉辦目的
This course provides part of 'Financial Consumer Protection Act' and how finance industry treat customers fairly with 10 principles and 5 implements. It is expected to promote the implementation of the corporate culture of "fair treatment of customers" in the financial services industry, enhance the compliance of financial services employees with regulations, and contribute to the sustainable development of financial services industry.
